FIRETECH-S

FIRETECH-S doorset are solid core doors with steel / stainless steel facing with fire resisting period from 1/2 hour up to 4 hour. 　

Unlike most fire-rated steel door without insulation value, FIRETECH-S door maintains 52 and 42 minutes insulation for double leaf and single leaf door respectively.

The door leaf is constructed with 45mm thick refractory core (E-core), strengthen at the hinge, latch and closer positions with galvanized steel reinforcement section, faced on both sides with 1mm thick galvanized steel sheet and strengthen with channel sections edgings.

Door frame is constructed of 1.5mm coldrolled steel or galvanized steel formed to single / double rebate profile with minimum 63mm thick x 150mm wide including 25mm rebates. The door frame should be infilled with cement mortar.
