FIRETECH-M metal doorset are stainless steel / GMS doorset with fire resisting period up to 2 hours as tested and assessed in accordance with B.S.476 Part 22.  Door leaf constructed with 1.5mm thick stainless steel / GMS plate both sides with folded edging to form seamless surfacing.  There are 1.5mm thick S.S./ GMS reinforced strip interlocking to make door leaf become more rigid.  Additional reinforcement plates are added to hinges, lockset & closer positions.

For different site conditions, top & bottom channels can be fixed at either ∩ or ∪ shape.

Frame can be made up with steel plate bent in L / T shape or steel angle

Normally standard frame in T-shape with overall dimension 63x150mm wide. Cement sand grouting to frame is not necessary when it is made up with 2mm thick plate and fixed to concrete/   / block wall. Hinges and lock strike’s position can be precut in factory and doorset can be assembled before delivery to site.

FIRETECH-M doorset also has removable transom panel, side panel with removable mullion, and stand door by door with shared frame infill with concrete.
