FIRETECH-60 and FIRETECH-60E are two series timber doorsets
with hardwood frame to stand for 1 hour fire resisting period.
FIRETECH-60E
series stand for 1 hour fire resisting period with timber
doors and hardwood frame or steel frame.

The
doorsets consist 39mm thick E-core panel, 90 x 39mm timber stiles and
rails, and minimum 3mm plywood both sides. The nominal thickness of the
door is 45mm thick. The door can complete with varies finishing such as
veneer or laminated sheet facing. |

Hardwood frame should have minimum 50mm thick x 100mm wide with 15 x 50mm rebate and 20 x 4mm intumescent strips along the rebate of the frame. Steel frame can be constructed of 1.5mm coldrolled steel or galvanized steel formed to single / double rebate profile with cement/sand infill. |

| Vision panel is 6mm wired glass constructed with 22x23mm hardwood bead and Lorient system 90 or other approved 1 hour fire rated glazing system. |  |

Meeting stile can be hardwood or
aluminum. |
The door can be incorporated with varies ironmongeries. A generic specification of ironmongeries can be checked on request.
