with timber door and hardwood
frame or steel frame.

The
doorsets consist with 38mm thick timber board core, 90 x 38mm timber stiles and
rails, and minimum 3mm plywood both sides.
The minimum thickness of the door is 44mm. The door can complete with
varies finishing such as veneer or laminated sheet facing. |

Hardwood frame should have minimum 45mm thick x 75mm wide and 10 x 4mm intumescent strips along the rebate of the frame. Steel frame can be constructed of 1.5mm Zinc-anneal steel with cement/sand infill, hollow steel tube, or steel angle for pipe duct purpose. |

¡@ Vision panel is 6mm wired glass constructed with 22x23mm hardwood bead and intumescent sealant. For large area vision panel, Lorient system 36 is substitute sealant to stand the fire rating. ¡@ |
